I am responsible for overall product strategy to strengthen and maintain product leadership and execute against that vision. I oversee the product lifecycle which includes product management as well as product engineering, quality, maintenance and SaaS operations.I am currently leading a strategic modernization and digital transformation effort to transform Successware's flagship product to a modern, cloud native, micro-services based SaaS product utilizing a proven technology stack which includes Java, Spring, React, Kotlin, GraphQL, Apache Superset, Kubernetes on AWS with a DevOps stack of Jenkins, Terraform, Prometheus/Grafana among others. The new, modernized product was successfully launched in July/August 2022 and is emerging as the most functionally rich and technically advanced solution in the industry.Successware provides a complete business management SaaS application - anywhere, anytime - for home service companies. The suite provides end to end solution including call handling, dispatch, customer management, sales and marketing, integrated accounting, mobile app for field services, powerful analytics and much more.
