I was born and brought up in Madhya Pradesh. Since my father was Gold medalist in Engineering and mother had various skills so I was also inclined towards Arts and Engineering. My father insisted and helped in choosing right field for my carrier and that when I decided to take up Architecture as an profession. I Graduated from P. V. P. College of Architecture, pune University in year 2001. Joined REFORMS an architectural n interior firm from Mumbai. I was very lucky to have mentor like AR. Vinayak Bagwe, who taught me about interiors and appointed me as project coordinator for JAPANESE CONSULATE OFFICE AND RESIDENCE interior work at Chennai. I gained lot of experience and management skill at early stages of my carrier. Due to health issues of my father I had to return back to my home town in 2003 Raipur Since Raipur became Capital of Chhattisgarh state in year 2000 so architects had enormous scope. I joined AARTI BUILDCON..a Builder and Developer as an in-house Architect. During 3 years of my job I had designed and executed more than 500 flats, commercial complex and site development projects. In 2007 I started my firm DESHPANDE AND ASSOCIATES..During span of 13-14 years of professional services we worked on micro to macro level projects.. Group Housing, plotted development, commercials, Residential bungalows n interiors. Our firm worked on international project. We designed Industrial project including site development at SEZ, REPUBLIC OF GABON, AFRICA.. Our is the only firm in entire Chhattisgarh to worked on international project solely and I am proud of it. In our firm we believe in hard working, client's satisfaction and relationship building, strive for implementing new technology n materials.
