1.Creating & Managing daily, Weekly, Monthly Production Plan & team Schedule,Supervise the production as per planned.2.Building team efficiency & positive team environment3.Study, Define & updating of Process Sheets for all the operations.4.Managing material & workflow also training to new hires.5.Reporting to HR & Senior management regarding Punctuality, Performance,Professionalism & Disciplinary issues Adherance to company policies.6.Planning & organising production schedules, negotiating timescales or schedule withmanager & sales team.7.Study operations sequence, material flow & organization charts to to determineworker functions and responsibilities.8. Problem solving, Root cause analysis for Work-measurement & line balancing.9.Organising relevant training sessions, repair & routine maintenance of productionequipments.10.Deemand analysis, Stock analysis, inventory management & material control.11.Monitoring production status & ensure timely delivery with quality standards &customer specifications.12.Planning & prioritizing operations to ensure max. Performance & minimum delay.13.Interpreted ISO required documents (Work instructions, BOMs, Service Manuals, Risk assesment,improvement Projects, Schematics etc)14.Co-ordinate with allied dept. like Sales & Marketing, Dispatch, store etc.15.Min-Max. Material planning, involvement in cost saving projects, kaizen16.Responsible for WIP inventory Audit (Monthly & Quarterly).17.Continuous Monitoring Delivery & Quality ratings & ongoing performance & improve performanceagainst set goals.18.Conduct technical trial run and develop processes for new products.
