I specialise in dispute resolution and own diverse experience in handling a vast array of Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution matters arising out of corporate/commercial transactions, shareholders’ disputes, real estate matters and defamation suits. I advise clients on formulating effective strategies for dispute resolution and appear frequently in the High Court, Commercial and Arbitral Tribunals, and Consumer Courts. I have represented known corporate houses, besides several individuals, etc.After having finished my graduation in law, I forayed into litigation by joining the M/s Pravin Mehta and Mithi & Co., a celebrated firm known for conveyancing and real estate disputes. I subsequently cleared the solicitors examination conducted by the Bombay Incorporated Law Society. I am an alumnus of the Mumbai University and registered with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. I am also the member of Bombay Incorporated Law Society.
