He is responsible for the performance of Skoaa products portfolio in the region, value creation within specific product portfolio and building capabilities for providing sustainable and innovative solutionsPrior to starting Glass and Architectural hardware ventures , Atul had deep down knowledge and understanding of glass & hardware business as he was the Head Sales & Marketing (North &East Region) with Saint – Gobain Glass in the India region along with Nepal &Bangladesh Atul joined Saint – Gobain Glass India in the year 2000 as Regional Sales Manager and looked after North & Central India. He moved to Head Sales &Marketing position in Jan.2008. During 12 years tenure with Saint Gobain , he delivered exceptional growth, making SGG the market leader in the retailing segment as well as in Architectural glass segment After long stint with Saint- Gobain in India, he opted to move on to new opportunity as Sr. Vice President (Sales & Marketing) with HIL Limited, which is part of India’s leading business house (C.K Birla Group). At HIL Ltd (Previously known as Hyderabad Industries Limited) Atul was an instrumental in providing new wings to the growth strategy of the company in a highly competitive environment. He introduced new business models and incentives programs to put HIL on fast track growth During Atul tenure, HIL experienced phenomenal growth in the top line and bottom line, wherein company sales revenue jumped from 800 Cr. To 1200 Cr.(185 Million USD ) along with sales revenue, EBITDA also surged to 139 Cr.from 90 Cr. He played a pivotal role in making HIL leading building material company in Roofing ,Dry & Wet Walling segment Having spent two years in Hyderabad with HIL Limited, in August 2013, Atul was roped in as Director by US MNC HNI to Head Sale & Mktg.
