Role: Handling the maintenance of Pulverized Fuel Fired High Pressure Water Tube Boilers and other accessories of thermal power plant.  Managing and preparing the requirement details about the manpower.  Performing the functions of troubleshooting and breakdown / preventive / routine maintenance for reducing machinery downtime to minimum. Boiler hydro-test; Boiler acid cleaning; Boiler alkali boil-out; Steam blowing; Alkali flushing of feed & condensate lines. Conducting regular tests to ensure the performance capacity of various equipments and machineries in process plants and power plants. Planning and effecting predictive, preventive & breakdown maintenance schedules of various equipments to enhance the equipment reliability and increasing machine up time.
