Roles and Responsibilities:-1. Recruitment & Selection of competent human resources as per the site requirement.2. Proper implementation of HR policies, procedures & practices.3. Providing new joiner’s information to HO-HR, co-coordinating with HO-HR for their Joining Reports & Appointment letters.4. Assisting HOD in performance appraisal & other welfare activities.5. Looking after all the statutory compliance, Liaison with Government officials, Labour /Civil court & RTO matters.6. Supervising statutory benefits, time office functions and employee insurance matters.7. Managing human resources administration as per laws, rules and regulations.8. Providing necessary support for maintaining proper records and observes compliance as per the statutory requirement.9. Observing proper compliance as required under P.F. & Labour Laws. Liaison with Govt. offices in connection with P.F., Labour office, Pollution control office, etc.10. Planning, organizing and executing the complete induction orientation program for new entrants so as to familiarize them with organization.11. Ensuring resolution of employee grievances so as to maintain cordial management & employee relation.
