> Handling a team of managers, executives, counselors.> Responsible for career counselling and carrying out the entire admission procedure with team. > Responsible for events like Educational fairs (Online/Offline), Admissions- GD/PI & also presentations at colleges and coaching centres pan India .> Responsible for Branding & Promotion pan India(Online/offline).> Responsible for planning of Marketing budget allocations,Fee collection and co-ordination with accounts team.> Visiting Faculty line-ups & Corporate guest speakers arrangements.> Responsible for managing outbound study Tours, Industrial visits, Conferences, Seminars for students. > Dealing with students escalations related to admissions, academics and placements.> Responsible for internal Marketing team training and taking monthly performance review.> partial Placement assistance as well.> Preparation of weekly and monthly reports for top Management & enternal performance analysis on the basis individual performance.> Also responsible for Hostels and food departments monthly review.
