CurrentCurrently I am working as Plant Engineer in Dispatch Unit ofRefinery from 12.08.2024 till present date. Jobs responsibilities here are as:Complete operation and maintenance activities of Productfilling gantries. • Coordinating with Order processing office, Tank farm officersand Gantry's Leading Hand for loading of petroleum products, Ensuring quality (Product sample visual inspection, Water Content in product, Recording Temperature and density after loading) and quantity (Checking of Dip Level as mentioned in Calibration Certificate of TL) of product.• Operation (Absorption & Regeneration) of Benzene Vapour Recovery Unit (BVRU) during loading of Benzene TL. Creating notifications for routine and non-routine maintenance jobs & issuing of work permit for maintenance jobs in plant area and On field inspection of non-routine job on given safety guidelines and should meet required quality standards.• Maintaining and updating Audit(PSM, IMS, OISD, ISA/ESA & ATF Audit) Documents.• Documentation and Invoicing of Petroleum product filled Tank Lorries, Tank Wagons and Pipeline transfer in SAP S&D Module.Technical Certification:•NDT Level II Certification (LPT, MPT, RT & UT).• QA/QC Certification (Piping, Welding, Pipeline, Pressure Vessel, Storage Tank, Heat Exchanger, Painting & Blasting).Initially joined Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited as Graduate Apprentice Trainee Engineer for period of 1 year and 6 months in Mechanical Maintenance Department and Warehouse Department.
