Over the last 20 years, while working for Wipro and Capgemini in various roles – consulting, solution design, account management, program delivery, and operations - I was drawn to mindfulness as a means of improving my wellbeing and productivity. It has helped to “stay in the eye of the storm”, and manage stress and emotional overwhelm.With my cross-functional experience of mindfulness, business skills, facilitation, and solutioning, as Director and Client Solutions Lead at Potential Project, I work with companies such as Cisco, Unilever, Genpact, and Microsoft to design and facilitate leadership and team-level programs for mid-level and senior leaders.Our mission is to cultivate more human, happy, and resilient work cultures, cultures of compassion, connection, and belonging, cultures that recognize that the potential of the mind is immense and that it can be rewired to attain new behaviors and different outcomes.
