Current Product Upgrades: Key contribution towards the upgrades of industry leading products InfoLease 10.4 (Leasing), Loan IQ 7.4 (Syndicated loans) and Fenergo 7.4 (Client on-boarding) for SunTrust Robinson Humphrey a subsidiary of SunTrust Banks (now known as Truist Bank).Results: Performed techno-functional role in the projects, managed the business and technical aspects in areas of design, interface development, testing and deployment. Custom Software Developments, Maintenance projects: Managed all phases of SDLC for several custom build solutions. Managed SLAs for support and maintenance projects. BP, VF Corp, L+L, MDIS.Results: Delivered bespoke software that shortened business processes from weeks to minutes, thereby provided customers leading edge. Ensure meeting of SLAs and ongoing improvements via automations. Testing (functional, performance and migration): Helped validate migration of 15 applications (upstream and downstream) for SBM. Managed Federal Bank’s Finacle 10.x Functional & Performance Testing project.Results: Successfully delivered the end to end mock cycles of test simulation, enabling reduction of defects which started from thousands to less than hundred. Performance testing for ensuring the load can be handled in live environment and results used to provision and fine tune configurations on Apps and Servers. System Migrations, Separations: Managed large-scale initiatives involving the transition of programs to new/similar platforms and separation of core applications for split up entities for Motorola mobility and solutions. Done the same for VP Corp when fruit of the loom brand was sold out. Enterprise Implementations: Spearheaded the initial HQ release and later global rollouts of new software and its process for VP Corp for all of its SBUs across the North America and Europe.
