· Managing and supervising the Accounting & Payroll Team and HR Ops of 2 legal entities across 2 Location· Establishing proper systems, ensuring proper controls in routine functions.· Directly responsible for closing of monthly financial records and maintaining the fairness and accuracy of the accounts in accordance with US and India GAAP.· Statutory and Tax Audit of 2 legal entities including consolidation.· Tax Assessment.· Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, completion of statutory, tax, and other compliance audits and income tax assessments.· Reporting to Management Unit / Cost Centre owners on the monthly billing reports and details of computations.· Preparation of weekly Cash Flow.· Monthly reconciliation between US books & India Books.· Treasury Management.· Secretarial compliances of company

· Presenting a true and fair view of the financial position of the company by preparing financial statements viz., P&L Account, Balance Sheet and Annual Reports.· Implementing and supervising general ledger and financial reporting processes and on time compliance of accounting standards. Ensuring controls on creditors payment & statutory dues.· Collecting, Validating and Reviewing the Variable Cost information for each Management Unit (MU) and processing along with the seat usage information for finalization of invoices.· Supervising excise / service tax records and Vat Accounting & their returns.· Preparation of Annual Plan & Cash flow.· Preparing and filing Service Tax (monthly / annual returns) and Sales Tax Returns.· Day to Day liaising with Bankers.· Ensure Proper Book Keeping & Documentation in compliances with IAS.· Booking of purchase invoices & payments.· Weekly JV uploads in US accounting package.· Monthly reconciliation between US books & India Books.· Preparation of Monthly progress report for STPI & Softex form.

· Preparation of Cashflow.· Day to Day liaising with Bankers.· Bank Reconciliation.· Passing of Import & Purchase Bills.· Forex Management.· Checking & Processing all expense report & Tour expense Report.· Scrutiny of General Ledger & Suppliers Ledger.· Scrutiny of Services Revenue.· Handling of Petty cash & Bank Payments.· Handling of Payroll of 150 employees with filing form 24 A.

· Day to day liaising with Bankers.· Keeping a track of Various L/C Limits available with banks.· Maintaining records of EPC & Post shipment credits.· Booking of Export Sales Invoices.· Debtor’s ledger Scrutiny.· Handling of Petty cash.· Handling of Payroll of 150 employees with filing form 24 A.· Bank Reconciliation.
