Business specific application management: playing a crucial role in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues related to M365, Active Directory, other server roles, Vision plus, cloud, Idam, Citrix, Seclore, VPN etc. Investigate system failures, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and restore services. Performance Optimization.Security and Compliance: Ensuring the security and compliance of M365, Active Directory, and Citrix environments through various methodology including security measures such as identity and access management (IAM), multi-factor authentication, data loss prevention through backup and restoration. Jointly worked for adherence to industry-specific compliance regulations and best practices.Change Management: Participate in change management processes, ensuring that modifications and updates of various application implemented smoothly and without disrupting critical services. performing impact assessments, coordinate with stakeholders, and plan and execute change activities following established procedures along with Capacity Planning.Documentation and Training: Document- system configurations, deployment processes, troubleshooting guides, and best practices to ensure knowledge transfer and enable effective training of junior engineers and end-users.
