● Recruitment - Scrutiny of available resumes, short listing them on the basis of requirements, taking telephonic round etc.● On boarding, Induction & Exit formalities - Complete joining formalities and HRMS update, follow up for the documentation, bank account opening and follow up, liaise with it team for mail id creation & laptop requests, provide new hires with the induction kit., coordination with telecommunication companies for employees official SIM connections. Exit formalities, preparing no dues, experience letters etc.● Handling payroll (attendance and leave management), performance Management, reimbursements of third party● Invoice processing in SAP (FICO model) for third party payroll & reimbursement● MIS reports● Performing all other Admin related duties & Special Projects as assigned including Training & Supervising support staff● Vendor Management, Petty cash handling etc.
