My proven ability is in conducting pre-offer discussions with potential candidates to understand their current salary components and expectations, managing HR assessments for shortlisted candidates, reviewing the salary fitments and approving them for offer rollouts.

Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle ( sourcing to onboarding ) for multiple domain positions.

Responsible for performance management, recruitment and SAP HR PMS module management across trident group.
