I have good programming and communication skill that helps me to understand the requirement from client. Based on the requirement I create database structure and divide the requirement in modules and explain those modules to developers assigned to that particular project. During the development process I regularly communicate with client and provide them updates and based on their feedback we manage the site to be more user friendly... At last when client confirm that he got what he need to develop then we deploy the site to his server and help him to manage the site if needed.
