SayFix was an On-Demand home services platform (Mobile App) and started as a concept to solve the pain points of customers for hiring local contractors/servicemen. Atul was involved in the project since early stages and helped in launching the product. As head of Operations below were key roles managed:- Formulating the Organizational structure.- Strategy and Planning of the service categories- Two year road map for Services and new cities addition- Addition of new categories and services- Identification/Addition of new service partners into the system- Development of Vendor Allocation System and Vendor App for customer requests- Setting up of Customer Service department and managing various customer service channels- Handling of all the orders and achieve order fulfillment of more than 96%.- Software/tools used: Magento, Freshdesk, Knowlarity, Zoho etc.

As part of the process of evangelizing the spirit of innovation and inspiring youth to think big and think different, Yi has scheduled a National Innovation Run that will pass through four states in 4 days that have over the year’s demonstrated entrepreneurship and excellence – Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan and Delhi NCR.I along with 2 of my friends proposed the idea to CII-Yi and conceptualized the whole event which started from Mumbai on 30th January and finished in New Delhi on 4th February. The Road2Ideas event got closing notes from former president APJ Abdul Kalam at Yi Delhi.

Atul led the collaboration between Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Young Indians (YI) and MICA-EDC and managed various events and conferences with CII Young Indians wing. He took various initiatives being a part of the net and conceptualized & conducted Road2Ideas - Innovation Run.

Handled Social Media and Online marketing for ZOOMI (www.m.zoomi.in), a Mobile App launched for the consumers, who wants sports related info On-the-Go. Zoomi provided live updates, Images, videos and Live streaming for Commonwealth Games and Asian Games. I managed online marketing aspect of Zoomi and maintained social media presence, mainly on Facebook, Twitter and Blogs. The main objective was to create awareness and excite users to download the application. We outperformed in the 15 days CWG games campaign and achieved 10 million pageviews during the event and more than 100000 downloads.
