• Achieving the targets of the Region for gold loans and other loan products for various quarters as well as ensuring the quality of collateral/ornaments pledged. Planning and implementing at Branch level local visibility initiatives and marketing activities.• Gold appraisal & maintaining Audit processes• Handling Operational works of the branch• Ensuring proper Verication & Valuation of Collateral Securities and Documents.• Responsible for processing/documentation of Loans & other financial services.• Ensuring Coordination with Regional & Corporate Offices and all other day-to-day Administrative activities.• Responsible for calling customers to follow up on interest collection & Business generation regularly.• Responsible for processing/documentation of Loans & other financial services.• Responsible for cross-selling all products and achieving individual & branch targets.
