Supervised Quality and Quantity maintain of the Textile Components Manufacture.Responsible for overseeing that the production target is achieved with acceptable Quality and specifications required by the customers.Manpower supervision in the manufacturing environment. Focusing on waste reduction enhancing productivity and profitability.Resolved basic breakdown issues of the NC/CNC machines by systematically conducting problem diagnosis and Identification of root cause of failures. Prepare monthly Rework – Rejection data, calculate efficiency of all equipment’s.Trained machine operators in proper operation and maintenance techniques to maximize working life of machines.Training about awareness of ISO 9002 Quality System and Kaizen, 5’s, 4M and continuous improvement throughout production quality and system.

Gear Grinding Division (Inspection & production) Supervising, operation, gear testing, and maintenance of NC and CNC Machines deployed in Shift operations.Setting and operating N.C. & C.N.C machines to achieve required quality and output levels. Identifying snags in the machines and implementing troubleshooting techniques to resolve the problem. Implementing preventive and predictive maintenance practices to maintain the machines in perfect operational mode. Overseeing working of machines operated by fellow operators and assisting them in proper upkeep to derive maximum productivity. Contributing fitter’s skills in installation and commissioning of machines as per laid down parameters.
