- Responsible to resolve all Chassis, Power train Integration, HVAC and Power train Cooling subsystem, Vehicle Integration/Performance (Squeak and Rattle, Wind and Water leak, Static and dynamic noise) issues- Leading issue resolution of cross-regional product and process engineering issues. Ensures that design home room & application regions agree upon any identified containment and permanent solution - Provide focus on detailed problem solving and containment solution- Accountable to lead and assist in the removal of roadblocks- Ensure flawless launch and escalate unresolved issues timely to meet the program milestones- Responsible to support root cause during the Prototype, Engineering trials & Vehicle development build phases- Ensure all process opportunities are reviewed prior to recommending product changes- Conduct technical design review and brainstorming session for all product design changes to meet Best In Quality, Warranty and Cost targets- Responsible to conduct Engineering ride sessions and clinic for any cost reduction, localization, JDP, Continuous improvement projects and field issues- Manage workload and team to meet project timeline, quality and cost target
