I am a dedicated and results-driven Technical Trainer with a solid foundation in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech) from Kalinga University and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Integral University. My academic achievements have equipped me with a strong technical base, which I continue to build upon through hands-on industry experience and certifications. I am passionate about automotive technologies and remain committed to lifelong learning, especially in emerging fields like electric vehicle diagnostics.With over five years in the automotive sector, I have developed expertise in both conventional and electric vehicle diagnosis. My journey began at Mahalaxmi Motors, where I quickly advanced to the role of Technical Manager, overseeing team operations, diagnosing complex vehicle issues, and leading in-house training programs. Later, as a Technical Manager and Trainer at A. Automovers Pvt Ltd, I managed a team of 40, implemented training and staff recognition programs, and achieved measurable improvements in repair quality and customer satisfaction. Today, I am proud to serve as a Technical Trainer for Tata Motors, specializing in small commercial vehicles.In the future, I aim to further enhance my skills in advanced automotive technologies and contribute to the growing field of electric vehicles.
