As the Chief Technology Officer for one of the three Lockheed Martin Business Areas in the Electronic Sector, I provided strategic technology management and direction for technology investments across the business. My responsibilities included the development and execution of enterprise wide technology roadmap and associated technology strategy, developing technical partnerships across the the business, government science and technology organizations, commercial industry and academia with a focus on disruptive technologies, and leading the technical fellows within the organization to drive business growth.

As the Director of Systems Engineering, I was responsible for supporting successfully program performance via deployment of enterprise tools and processes, workforce planning encompassing staffing across programs, training and cross-functional development, cost optimization with skill and level mix, and managing talent to grow future capabilities in alignment with business operations for an organization of 400+ engineers.

Lead business capture efforts in support of maritime Command and Control systems for expansion into Pacific Rim markets. Identify strategies, innovative business models and leverage new and existing technologies to create opportunities for business growth. Work collaboratively with the government support for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales with strong coordination with corporate Expats and in-country offices. Accountable to shape and win new business through a balanced focus on customer desirability, technical feasibility and corporate profitability. Responsible for implementing capture best practices to increase win rate and reduce expenditures.
