Current• Led a groundbreaking digital initiative, achieving 100% automation of STCI processes (Lending-LOS, LMS, LCS, and Borrowing-Liabilities and Treasury), contributing to substantial Business Transformation.• Built 3 New next generation Data Center (DC) sites – Primary, NDR, and Disaster Recovery.• Spearheaded the Technology department, overseeing end-to-end technology operations, including Data Center operations and Information Security Operation (ISG). Acted as the owner of Information Security policies.• Actively participated in review meetings with the team to discuss about the progress of tasks and projects as well as for identifying gaps and suggesting effective solutions for the same• Administered efficient working of project lifecycle within required management services such as managing end-to-end delivery / program / project planning & implementation from scope management, to activity sequencing, effort & cost estimation, risk analysis to quality management in line with the guidelines & norms• Collaborated with Stakeholders while keeping them informed of progress and issues in order to manage expectations on all requirements and deliverables• Partnering with various levels including top management across the organization to develop/ commit resources, communicate organization objectives, and produce standards & procedures; facilitated process improvements, efficiency / time saving for business units • As a CXO, actively participated in ALCO, Investment, HR, and Business Strategic Committees.
