: - Maintenance plant In-Charge of fully automated Multi product plants NPNC Pilot & Commercial including Utility block.: - Effective Scheduling of Preventive & Shut down maintenance.: - Responsible for overall documentation of Engineering – Mechanical section.: - Compliance of statutory requirements with respect to Engineering.: - PHA & HAZOP study of processes.: - Breakdown Analysis & implementation of CAPA.: - Implementation of CAPEX project.: - Team member of Incident investigation & Contractor safety management site sub committee.: - Inventory control, Man power handling, MIS reports preparation & its analysis.: - Attended MHRA & USFDA audits as an audittee.: - SAP – Core team member for PM module version ‘mySAP ECC 5.0’.Project work: - Project planning, procurement & Execution (Product base)- NPNC series.: - Erection, installation & commissioning of equipment.: - DQ / IQ / OQ / PQ of equipment / system. Responsible for smooth functioning of Production block & Utilities.: - MHRA - Involved in Preparation for MHRA audit & its successful approval.: - Maintenance of FBD, RMG, Co-Mill, Comminuting Mill, Vibrator sifter, Coating m/c, L & P devices, Packaging machines, Blister packing m/c, Capsule filling m/c etc.

Utility systems Operation & maintenance.: - Shift maintenance of production blocks.: - Preventive & routine maintenance of Reactors, Centrifuges, Pumps, Compressors, Blowers, Refrigeration systems, Boiler, Vacuum Pumps, Dryers, HVAC Systems, Cooling Towers, Nitrogen Generation plant, Mechanical seals etc.: - Condition monitoring of rotating equipment.: - Clean room maintenance & HVAC validations. Achievements:-1) Heat energy conservation from steam condensate recovery - Saving of @ Rs. 2.0 Lac/annum.2) Promotion in April 2003 from Asst. Officer to Officer.3) Operation expert of complex utility systems which involves Frick Ref. plant, JE Hall Ref. Plant, Trane Chillers, N2 Gen. plant, Air Compressors, Cooling Towers etc.4) Electrical energy conservation in Utility - Pri. Pump bypassed, Sec. Pump return flow taken through Chiller by doing line modifications. Energy Saving @ 20 KW/Hr.5) Promotion in April 2005 from Officer to Senior Officer.

Joined in March 1998 as “Trainee Engineer”. in mid 1999 became “Junior Officer – Fabrication & Maintenance”: - In house Fabrication, Erection of Storage Tanks, Distillation Columns, and Stirrers. : - Fabrication, Erection, commissioning & Maintenance of ‘U’ Tube Heat exchangers & fixed tube heat exchangers.: - Preventive & Routine maintenance of DG Set, Ejector Vacuum System, Ref. units, centrifuge, boiler etc.: - Planning, Drawing preparations & monitoring system Development.
