Utility systems Operation & maintenance.: - Shift maintenance of production blocks.: - Preventive & routine maintenance of Reactors, Centrifuges, Pumps, Compressors, Blowers, Refrigeration systems, Boiler, Vacuum Pumps, Dryers, HVAC Systems, Cooling Towers, Nitrogen Generation plant, Mechanical seals etc.: - Condition monitoring of rotating equipment.: - Clean room maintenance & HVAC validations. Achievements:-1) Heat energy conservation from steam condensate recovery - Saving of @ Rs. 2.0 Lac/annum.2) Promotion in April 2003 from Asst. Officer to Officer.3) Operation expert of complex utility systems which involves Frick Ref. plant, JE Hall Ref.
