A seasoned professional with more than 18 years of work experience in the area of Sales, B2B and B2C campaigns, Project Creation, Development and Management, Team building, Team Management, Training and Revenue generation. I currently work as the Vice President-Operations at Ratan Housing Development Ltd - BPO Unit where I head the organization taking care of Operations, Quality, Customer Service, training and the entire Service Delivery.In my current role with RHDL-BPO Unit I have created an Immigration based project from the scratch which currently employs more than 55 people and has achieved close to 4700 successful applications with a revenue stream of close to $5M so far.Adding valve to anything I undertake is my mantra for work.
