- Assisting talent analysts/consultants in end-to-end talent acquisition process for multiple live projects.- Assisting the director of strategy & partnerships in the implementation of live projects as well as aiding in the collection of data points.- Assisting the manager of strategic initiatives in the implementation of test Shortlist products.- Shadowing the business development team during client calls and assisting them meet client requirements.- Assisting the strategy & operations manager in developing systems and processes that support a range of strategic and operational work streams and projects.- Co-leading couple projects for hiring technology-based roles.- Applicant tracking and review on the Shortlist software product. - Creating landing pages with job descriptions on the Shortlist platform, placing them across different platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri.com- Coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews with the hiring managers and senior leaders.- Training new team members on the Shortlist product and providing constant support.- Managing various stakeholder expectations within the organization.- Providing support on implementation and construction of the business development to operations handover and the operations structure processes.- Led a project alongside the Director of Operations to help hire for a public infrastructure company in Eastern Africa.
