Creating SSL profiles and applying them on virtual servers. Implementing Virtual servers, i-rules, Pools etc in F5 load balancers and hosted many URLs. Monitoring statistics of Virtual servers, pools, pool members, referring logs on F5 while troubleshooting issue. Configured exchange environment and maintaining, • Checkpoint: - Troubleshooting issues using Smart tracker, Smart view monitor. Responsible for executing access rules, NAT rules on cluster firewalls in data center with RFC change request.• Bluecoat: - offloading SSL certificate on bluecoat and enabling SSL interception on.Responsible for doing critical changes on proxy.• SA/FortiGate: - Responsible for executing critical changes on ASA firewalls, FortiGate firewalls . Troubleshooting L2/L3 issues on Nexus 5K.• Configuration/troubleshooting of IPSEC vpn . • Creating KEDB for recurring/complex faults which appear in the queue to achieve RCT (Reduce Cycle Time).• Automating daily task/reports by using Python/linux.

Roles and responsibilities :▪ Proactive Monitoring WAN circuit, routers, LAN switches, wireless access points, proxy servers and firewall devices by monitoring tools ,▪ Troubleshooting Routing and LAN switching problems and Restore normal service operation as quickly as possible and minimize the adverse impact on business operations.▪ Implement new configurations or change in existing configuration on WAN and LAN devices and Implementing routing, switching configuration changes , Manage WAN and LAN outages and users communications, Co-ordinate with sites contacts .▪ Work on large, medium to small size projects like IOS Up-gradation, Site relocation, New site implementations and all ongoing and upcoming projects as per requirement .▪ Troubleshoot and fix VPN related issues for the users accessing DC network remotely over VPN .▪ Work on critical changes in load balancers as per workflow requests ,▪ Work on critical changes in Firewall as per workflow requests and network requirements .▪ Prepare the Weekly as well as monthly report and provide them to the managers for further analysis .▪ Prepare the process related documents and updating them with the new information as and when required .▪ Creating KEDB for recurring/complex faults which appear in the queue to achieve RCT (Reduce Cycle Time).▪ To provide training to the new joiners.
