The Head of Product is responsible for overall product strategy, goals and development. Prioritizing features based on user needs and aligning the product with the market. The Head of Product is to drive the product planning processes for cross-functional teams; to analyze customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships; to assess current competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation; to analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’re met; to develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments and to appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans.

Fin-tech is a growing industry and I enjoyed being in the center of it during these months. I joined a great cross-functional team of developers, sales and business professionals, to drive the design vision, strategy, and execution of a new digital experience, ensuring visually appealing and intuitive product that meets the needs of the target audience.The role included:- Leadership: provide mentorship, guidance, and support to designers, fostering their professional growth and development.- Strategy: define the overall design strategy and align it with the company's goals and objectives.Translate business requirements into innovative design solutions, considering user needs, market trends, and technological constraints.- Drive user-centered design: develop and facilitate customers interviews, gather insights, analyse online metrics and sales conversions to inform the design process. I joined a new Startup with an all-stars team of innovative people as a UX-Product designer. During two intense months of agile iteration I helped conceptualize and develop the first version of their MVP.User-flows • Low-fidelity wireframes • High-fidelity polished mockups • Prototyping

Joined the Bomberbot team to guide them through an intense user-testing of their game building learning platform for kids. During two months I helped develop the scripts and the facilitation guidelines for each session, also coached the observations and facilitated workshops to analyse the results and iterate the product. It was a great experience with the most amazing group of people. We had great results while having lots of fun, the perfect combo.
