We check tracking data of usage, redesign and launch an update within 2 weeks. Every 2 weeks we make a guess from data and take an action. A right guess brings a growth from 5% to 20%. Keeping the optimization of App for 1 year brings a significant growth to millions.Optimization is either on traffic or conversion rate. Improving conversion rate is important at first. Conversion rate will be optimized to a degree that growth is not proportional to investment of time. It is time to bring more traffic. More traffic usually cause the decrease of conversion rate. Improving conversion rate is important again.

WhatToEat(甲蝦米) is a food delivery service on Android and iOS. WhatToEat is the top 2 App in App Store on 2011 and earned 1 million NTD orders in one month since its UX is easy to use and the partnership with the famous brands of take-out restaurants in Taiwan.As a co-founder I contribute toDesign and Front-end: UX study by focus group and individual interview. The product design is also refined from customer service. The design is implemented by HTML and CSS in the web app.App Marketing: advertising, SEO, SMO and public relation to app review sites\apps. Business Development and Partnership: Supplier deals with take-out restaurants. Partnership with other restaurant searching Apps.
