Led the technical transformation, technical design and implementation of the customer facing user interface for Homeward. The Homeward UI is a modern, beautiful customer acquisition and conversion engine built with React. The application was fully instrumented for analytics and supported multi-variant split testing to drive conversion experiments.

Lead UI developer in a 15-person startup building the Kolide endpoint security cloud platform. Led a team of 3 on the application side of the product building a new web application using React, Redux, ES6, Styled Components, Jest, GraphQL/Apollo, etc. In addition, the UI team is also responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of the marketing site, the QueryCon site, and the Osquery site.

Trapize is a small 17-person startup building the Trapize DSB - a digital services proxy responsible for analysis and compliance of an enterprises API usage. Led a team of 4 on the application side of the product building a new web application using React, Redux, ES6, SASS, Jest, Node.js, Express, etc. The Trapize application is responsible for setup, configuration and operational monitoring of the DSB as well as analytics, reporting and managing policy.

Leading, designing and developing Ipswitch Analytics, a reporting, analytics and monitoring web application for our MOVEit™ product. As team lead of 15 cross-functional team members and the sole UI developer on the product, I helped build the product from concept to Beta in 14 months and released 4 major releases within 2 years. Contributed significantly to product architecture and development, process improvement, team collaboration and led UI unification across products. Development tools include: Javascript, AngularJS, Bootstrap, HighCharts, Chart.js, LESS, IntelliJ, yeoman, bower, grunt, karma, jasmine, etc.

Member of a small team responsible for creating a next-generation common component framework for the management application of our cloud-based e-commerce platform. I have been responsible for developing new functionality, adding features and general improvements to the components, application user interface and web layer using Java and GWT/GXT.

New product development includes a Web-based Mapping server designed to work with a large number of HTTP servers.
