    Within Lutèce I performed a quick analysis resulting in bad news in May 2014; Lutèce was too heavy in overhead, low productivity, not succesfull in innovation, too much loan, no focus in terms of business portfolio. The cartel between canned mushroom producers leaded to violent competition. Within 2015 we sold and de-invested the frozen company FLM, closed many low performing initiatives, 20% layoff in management, production, overhead (From 250-190 FTE). At the same time production and staff was centralised and new initiatives like seasoned mushrooms were initiated. At the end of 2015 the company was sold to Greenyard.

Bosma was leading the crisis team for solving this legacy where other teams concentrated on other options. The recovery team consisted out of technical engineers, communication specialists, buyer, train operators. The team worked directly with the litigation team and worked on different options for minimizing the financial risks and national image of the Dutch Railroad. NS.
