I have worked in product management and customer-facing roles for the last 7 years. I began my career as an application developer in 2002 and transitioned to a scientific researcher, focusing on technological integrations and software and IoT applications across various fields from 2007 to 2015. This diverse experience allowed me to engage with multiple teams and technologies, spanning high-level UI and app development to embedded and IoT programming. Since 2016, I have leveraged this extensive background in Customer Success roles, capitalizing on my comprehensive understanding of different parts of the technological stack. In my most recent positions, I have served as a Product Manager, leading teams of 10 engineers. Additionally, I have managed a Customer Success team of seven people and, in my last role, was part of a larger Customer Success team comprising 15 members.
