I started as an Analyst and progressively advanced to Consultant, then Project Manager, and currently serve as the Internal Vice President.As the Internal Vice President, I trained and mentored 20 new recruits in consulting skills, teaching them how to adequately use SQL, Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint, enhancing team skillsets and efficiency. I oversaw six engagement teams through multiple 10-week engagement cycles with healthcare and biotechnology clients. I worked at the Emergency Department of Lakewood and Los Alamitos Medical Centers as a scribe. In this role, I supported emergency department physicians and advanced practice providers by transcribing histories of present illnesses and physical examinations as well as procedures, lab results, ECG and radiographic impressions in great detail. I clearly communicated with healthcare providers and nursing staff to accurately and efficiently triage patients, prepare discharge information, and assist care teams with patient admissions and elopements. I mastered use of the Electronic Medical Records Systems (EMRs) to ease the documentation workload of healthcare providers and keep track of all medical records.

Thongtinthuoc is a precision medicine startup based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam that streamlines prescription to dispense process for hospitals and pharmacies across Vietnam.As a Product Management intern, I drove problem solving and led cross-functional teams with effective communication, decision-making, and organizational skills to deliver products on time and within budget to improve precision medicine features for our hospitals and private clinics.
