Responsibility Reporting in the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) for over 100 active waterfall, agile and innovation IT Related projects – reporting against Finance, Schedule, Risks and other Project Related governance in the Prince2 and Agile project environments. Also took on other duties such as IT System Administrator duties and providing frontline support to projects on how to use our project management system (based on SharePoint 2013). During my short time in this role, I have become the technical expert of our PMO team, advising how to optimise our SharePoint project management system.Achievements• Created a new self-service, refreshable report dashboards aimed at high level executives giving a one page summary of a project, including project background and objectives, budget spend, project status, risk and schedule status. • Optimised the self-service project status report tool aimed at the project board (Highlight Report), cutting the refresh time from 4 minutes to under a minute. • Optimised the main report dashboard so that our weekly report run takes less under an hour, from 2-3 hours.

ResponsibilityData administrator within the Governance, Police and Planning section, my role was to manage the data warehouse of the Goldfields Institute enrolment system, created and maintained data validation queries and conducted data analysis and reporting for all levels including executives, middle management and lecturers. Due to my background in website design and development I took the lead in the rebranding and redevelopment of our front facing website, engaging with senior stakeholders at Goldfields Institute and our website design vendor. Achievements• Liaised with the Department of Education to create a new data warehouse for financial transactions and created new financial report database for the institutes finance team. This report is an excel spreadsheet linked to a Microsoft sql server database. • In 2012 our Institute re-branded to the Goldfields Institute. As part of this project, I project managed the development of the new Goldfields Institute website, including liaising with internal staff and our web design firm in order to create a website which attracts enrolments to our institute as well as informing our prospective students of our courses including engaging them through social media.

· Supporting staff with IT Tasks, both in person and over the phone.· Troubleshooting system and network issues and diagnosing and resolving faults. Once diagnosed, wrote procedural documents for other IT Support staff to follow in case a similar issue is found. · Prioritising and responding to staff within specified time constraints. · Established a good working professional relationship with staff members as well as relevant vendors. · Audited computer assets, including network devices, to ensure proper utilisation of it assets among staff members.

· Liaising with international clients via email, telephone and in person· Update and upgrade existing website using HTML, CSS, PHP. Included created a new sub-site dedicated to Fibreglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP). Several new business opportunities were created thanks to this new site. · Ensure all sites and properties have been technically optimised to attract and engage visitors. · Attract new visitors by optimising site through SEO analysis, and the result is LBIE appears at the top of many search terms in Google. · Initiated Google AdWords campaigns in order to attract additional visitors. · Creating monthly web newsletters to be sent to clients via email.
