As a recent graduate in Chemistry with a specialization in Environmental Technology from UC Leuven-Limburg, I am passionate about applying my knowledge and skills in the chemical industry while maintaining a strong commitment to environmental protection. My academic background has provided me with a solid foundation in analytical and organic chemistry, as well as laboratory techniques and research methods.During my studies, I not only acquired theoretical knowledge but also gained practical exposure in various laboratory environments. This hands-on experience has strengthened my skills in experimental techniques, data analysis, and problem-solving.My internship included a four-month internship in the research team at North Island College on Vancouver Island in Canada, where I focused on studying biodiversity in seaweed areas. My passion for the environment and ecology was further enhanced by my thesis on 'Monitoring eDNA in kelp at log dumping sites', contributing to the understanding of environmental impacts in vulnerable marine ecosystems.In addition to my academic and research background, I possess strong language skills. I speak Dutch and French as native languages, and I have an advanced level of English.
