Handled all aspects of commercial general liability and auto claims in compliance with all state and federal insurance laws. Primarily assigned to two high profile accounts. Basic Tasks: Conduct complete liability investigations in multiple lines, review medical records and demand packages on a daily basis, refer questionable claims to Special Investigations Unit, negotiate attorney represented and unrepresented claims files to resolution and prepare files and evidence for arbitration.
