I'm most at home alongside the downtrodden and have a unique ability to help people feel seen. Working in the social work field for more than ten years has given me extensive practice in leadership, decision-making, ethics, conflict management, and much more. My simple desire to serve has matured into a deep sense of responsibility to act as a change agent on behalf of and alongside these vulnerable populations and - from an empowerment perspective - help them realize their power to continue improving social conditions for generations to come!
