About Aubree Eck
Growing up with chronic pain inspired me to look into alternative health care. After many failed doctor appointments I began looking into home remedies in an attempt to cure my chronic pain, many of which started with nutritional therapy. I quickly became engulfed in the research I was finding and became passionate about using nutritional therapy to help alleviate or cure other's pain, disorders, and diseases as well as provide individuals with the information they need to live well and prevent disease. When the time came to decide on a major I could think of no better than Food Science and Human Nutrition with a Dietetics concentration to begin my educational career towards achieving my previously stated goal. I graduated from Colorado State University with a major in Nutrition and Food Science with a Dietetics concentration in December of 2017. Following graduation from CSU, I have attained my Yoga Teacher Certification, completed Andrea Nakayama's (FXNA) Full Body System's course in Functional Nutrition and obtained my certification through FXNA's Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle Practitioner program.
