Diversity & Inclusion - this is one of my biggest areas of interests where I've made multiple contributions and something I'm constantly evaluating. It's important that everyone have access to opportunities and I'm a strong believer that a diverse workforce makes for a stronger company. To offer greater support I launched a women advocacy program in my current department that has proven success of supporting our women talent for the past five years. We have seen an uptick of women entering leadership roles and pursuing higher finance roles since the program launched in 2017. Recent examples would be the the transition to working in a remote environment and a massive acquisition bringing two large firms together.
