I originally began working as a customer service representative, but my initiative and drive eventually moved me into the position of operations management at Southern Assurance. In that position, I kept the agency growing and worked to develop a solid team of insurance pros.As operations manager, I realized we had only 1 licensed insurance agent on the team so I stepped up to the plate and got licensed. Although I'm an agent, my passion still lies with promoting others and ensuring that my team is living up to their potential.My goal is to grow any company I find myself a part of and to be a member of a team of excellent people.
