As a customer service representative, I assist customers with any needs they may have and help resolve issues pertaining to the services they receive. This involves me communicating and coordinating effectively with the customer and also the third party companies contracted by Lowe’s. Overall, I assist in making sure all the customers' needs are met and they are satisfied. Additionally, I am trusted with handling large amounts of money for the company. While at this position I have been recognized for excellence in customer service and dedication to my job through earning employee of the month and other company wide recognitions.

I traveled around the country assisting military consultants with installation and training on newly developed training simulation software. I was responsible for contacting high level military officers to inform them about our schedule and the process of what we were doing. For these trips, I was responsible for creating a detailed itinerary, booking hotels and flights, and arranging transportation. I was also regularly handling several thousand dollars' worth of training equipment and filing secure documents. This position required me to be organized, professional, and prompt. Because I was the first point of contact for the military officials, I acted as the face of the company and had to possess excellent communication and coordination skills.
