-Worked with faculty member to initiate the College's first-ever campus student mentorship program in which upperclassman provide underclassmen with academic guidance and personal support and a host of workshops to help encourage student success

-Worked with group of ten students and four faculty members to coordinate 19th annual EWF, 3-day event, featuring readings, panel discussions, craft talks, and workshops with new US literary talents-As part of the Marketing Committee, helped to brand festival through designing graphics (print and digital), and focused on marketing event to greater Lancaster community, by writing press releases, and obtaining press coverage with local news outlets-Ensured the event was successful and up to Trustee Member standards through extensive planning and communication with Writers House Trustee Board and other notable College donors

-Worked collaboratively to produce a documentary on Southwest Lancaster history and community relations to increase community appeal and stimulate reinvestment, targeting potential neighborhood businesses and residential buyers -Formulated ethnographic research on effects of Wells Fargo Regional Foundation Implementation Grant for $1.15 million -Improved digital logging systems by implementing a process to track video footage, photographs, transcripts, and contracts, facilitating easy information retrieval for media team and LHOP’s internal organization use-Created and led local community-building events to increase community awareness of LHOP’s resources
