Provide technical and engineering support for existing automated assets in the Slab Yard department. I have an in-depth knowledge of the sensors and control systems of our existing automated cranes and slab transfer systems. I got experience working underground with electricians and engineers and received exposure to Variable Speed drives, Project management and closed loop control systems. I worked on the installation of a wet coal detection system for an inclined conveyor belt designed to reduce delays resulting from coal washback and improve safety to workers.
