I have retired and recently returned as a contractor with TVA. I am working as a project manager. I led our Substation Construction group the last 3 years with TVA. I have 30+ years of experience in power system operations and maintenance. I have worked with both power system equipment and power control systems during that time. I have severed on various teams within TVA. I served for a period of time as the TVA representative on the NERC Critical Infrastructure protection group. I have lead a number of training classes within TVA, many of them across the whole company. I have represented TVA at a number of job fairs at various universities and recruited new engineers for the company. I enjoy working with people and learning new things from them. I am active in my church where I serve as a deacon. I have taken several mission trips outside the US to help those less fortunate. I enjoy golf, hunting and fishing, and travelling.
