I graduated from the University of Dayton in the spring of 2008 and accepted a position in account management for MeadWestvaco’s paper division, NewPage. The mid-size company structure afforded significant exposure to client relations, inventory management, and cross-departmental training opportunities. In 2010, I moved to Chicago for a position in Groupon’s Inventory Management Department (City Planning). After spending two years analyzing the trends and buying patterns, I took an opportunity to work on the merchant side of the business. I quickly experienced a significant amount of professional growth and a keen understanding of business development. I went on to lead a team of 15 client specialists, responsible for full life-cycle management of an aggregate 31k+ accounts (1MM in GP).After 3.5 fabulous years at Groupon, I accepted an opportunity to work as a consultant for Root Inc. Root specializes in helping companies execute strategies through their people. Root's mission is align with my professional passion to drive change, build engagement, and deliver powerful strategic outcomes. Outside of my professional career I enjoy cooking, running, and spending time with friends and family.
