I am a FAU Marketing Major graduate with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, seeking a job in digital marketing. I am seeing an entry level position in Digital Marketing. My goal is to build on my current experience to help my future employer build a strong digital and social media presence while building their audience. Below, you will find my experience and skills that pertain to any organization. My experience in digital and social media marketing includes my voluntary position at Strike Magazine which involved my help of growing the magazine and establishing their presence in the community. Since the start of my endeavor, the magazine was able to increase their audience by 20% and increased hardcopy sales. In my current position as an Administrative Assistant at Colorexa USA, I have helped oversee production and customer relations. By doing this, I have helped increase the customer satisfaction by 65% and keep all documents organized for their reference. Amongst these accomplishments, I have great technical skill in networking, an advanced knowledge of Salesforce, Excel, MS Office, and Office wide service platform (Domo). Outside of my work, I serve the community best I can by volunteering at local nature preserves to improve the cleanliness for the students that participate in fieldtrips there. As well as doing whatever I can to keep our beaches clean. I am eager to continue to grow my skills with my organization and continue to seek out work in the respected field.
