Manage Cost-Plus and Firm-Fixed contracts with U.S. Government and commercial customers, particularly in the realm of repair and refurbishment. Comprehensive knowledge of government contracting policies, including the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS). Review contractual terms and conditions and provides analysis to support negotiation positions. Engage regularly with program managers to address contractual needs, resolve issues, and ensure contract compliance. Process and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements. Maintain internal company contractual records and databases. Analyze financial reports and technical documents to guarantee contractual compliance and adherence to schedules.

Manage and coordinate repairs for Secure Communication products. Liaise with Contracts, Finance, Manufacturing, Government Property, Program Management, and Procurement to support the life cycle of a repair through all internal processes. Prepare Failure and Repair reports (FRR) and Basis of Estimate (BOE) for all in-process repairs. Scrutinize technical data associated with a repair to properly maintain records. Conduct regular quality control checks and audits to ensure compliance with both company and customer repair standards.

Manage and participate in the planning of logistic strategies and establish standard logistic processes. Monitor all contractual logistic activities for compliance with processes. Coordinate logistic activities for projects, including logistic planning, training, supply chain activities from point of manufacturing through support, deployment, freight, warehousing, order management, and customer placement. Ensure customs compliance with all laws per the Code of Federal Regulations.
