Love Merced, modeled after the success of Love Modesto, is a volunteer based event that happens once, or twice, a year mobilizing the community to "Love" on the city doing various projects. The faith based event is open to all members of the community and encourages neighbors to work side by side changing the face of the community for a few hours in one day. Projects have included people in need (yard work), beautifying multiple areas of the city by cleaning and removing litter, and working with agencies on their needs. This movement allows us as community members to ask, "What can we do to help?".

I am currently responsible for overseeing the programming units for the Associated Students Inc., and the University Student Union. I also create or facilitate Leadership training for the students.
