Leads, coordinates, monitors, and tracks compliance efforts and effective grant management processes with project managers, administrators, grants development team and other College staff involved in grant projects.Manages all assigned project activities to ensure compliance with grant and contract requirements and on-time achievement of deliverables. Designed and implemented unit scope and individualized daily lesson plans in accordance with county and state guidelines for 3 semester sections of students; each with students who required specific IEPs, 504s, and with a combination of English speaking and native/heritage Spanish speaking students who required differing curricular approaches. Held weekly remediation sessions to assist struggling students with both curricular assignments, study-skills, and educational success strategies.Taught fully virtual classes during the pandemic.
