Preparation of supporting schedules for Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Management accounting according to laid down procedures.•    Preparation of monthly financial statements•    Preparation of bank reconciliation and daily cash flow statement•    Arrange the petty cash and daily reconciliation of petty cashbook and record petty cash transaction•    Preparation of general ledger entries in concept of requirements•    Preparation of daily expense schedules•    Assisting in preparing schedules for VAT, WHT, Income tax and other tax•    Disbursing cash were necessary•    Preparing and recording payment vouchers and cheques in accordance with the procedures of USAID•    Assisting in Preparation of salaries for members of staff.

Control all routine aspects relating to the opening of current, savings, loan and investment accounts for personal and business markets .Ensuing that the organization’s accounts are accurate and up to date for the department.•    Managing various financial and reporting processes to ensure these are handled in line with Nedbank’s  Financial Policy Manual•    Review monthly financial reconciliations; provide support and communicate with counterparts as needed to ensure accurate and timely delivery of information.•    Posting of financial transactions in the financial system software.•    Assisting in Creating supporting documentation for Financial Policy Manual to reflect procedural changes in the system.•    Creating and/or updating templates and instructional documents to assist in day-to-day and monthly financial reporting.•    Assisting in financial statements preparation•    Assisting in Generating monthly financial statements and other reports according to government regulations
